When I see this dish I think comfort food. Warm gooey pasta infused with soft swiss cheese compliments the juicy and perfectly seasoned turkey chunks. Fresh peas and diced carrots are playfully tossed in the mix, while the sweetness of the ham brings this southern belle to a tasty crescendo. A generous sprinkle of Japanese style Panko bread crumbs adds the perfect finishing  touch. Truly a dinner to delight the palate.
